The following disclosure is provided for Todopi paid services under Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
If this translation conflicts with the Japanese disclosure, the Japanese version controls to the extent permitted by law.

Price
The App Store or Google Play purchase screen displays the product price, currency, tax treatment, and monthly or annual period. The offer may vary by country, store, Offering, or price test.
Additional charges
You are responsible for internet access and data charges required to download and use the app, communicate with the Service, and contact support.
Payment method and timing
Payment is made through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. The payment method registered with the store is charged when you confirm purchase and at each renewal.
Delivery
Paid features are ordinarily provided immediately after the store completes the purchase and we verify the subscription. If store, RevenueCat, or network processing is delayed, try Restore Purchases.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, the subscription renews automatically. Cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play where you purchased by the store’s displayed renewal deadline. Paid access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid period.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds
Because this is a digital service, returns, mid-period cancellations, and prorated refunds are ordinarily unavailable after delivery, except where applicable law or Apple’s or Google’s rules provide otherwise. Use the store’s refund process.
