Account and data deletion

If you cannot use the app, sign in with the same Google account linked to Todopi to initiate deletion of your account and associated data. We do not delete an account based only on a self-reported email address or Firebase UID.

Choose the same Google account already linked to Todopi. After authentication, you will see a final deletion confirmation.

How to request deletion

Choose the same Google account that you linked to Todopi.
The server verifies the Firebase ID token and uses the UID in that token to identify the deletion target.
Review the deletion scope and Shared Workspace effects, then explicitly confirm the irreversible operation.
After processing begins, this page displays whether the deletion request was accepted.

Data deleted and data that may be retained

We delete the Firebase authentication account, user information we control, and content that belongs exclusively to the requester.
Content contributed to a Shared Workspace may remain where needed for other members’ collaboration or protection of rights, after measures such as disassociating it from the requester.
Security and reliability logs may ordinarily be kept for up to 365 days. Purchase, support, and legally required records may be kept for the period necessary for their purpose.
Backups and device or CDN caches may be removed through their normal overwrite or expiration cycles.

We cannot verify ownership here for an account that signed in with Apple, or for an anonymous-only account that has not been linked yet. Delete it from Settings in the app, or contact support below. Signing in anonymously on the web creates a different UID and does not verify ownership of the original account, so we never delete an anonymous account from a self-reported UID alone.

Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel separately in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it.
